Marie-Anne Oswald - Maho Hypnose

Why is hypnosis so effective? How is it possible that after only one session, fears, phobias, allergies, insomnia…etc. disappear and never reappear?

I like to use the analogy of the human brain as a highly complex piece of software, constantly renewing/adjusting its code to integrate new information.

Hypnosis allows us to enter the matrix. In the hypnotic state, we access the subconscious, where all our habits and beliefs are anchored and coded.

If at the conscious level we judge certain habits to be bad, hypnosis is the most effective way to achieve a change because it is in the subconscious that the deprogramming takes place.

Once the code change is made, there is nothing more to do. The new habit is accepted and anchored because it is the brain of the person hypnotized that has found the combination and reconfigured the software.
